I had some seasoning packets for potatoes that needed to be used as well as chicken breasts. So I put the seasoning into a zip-lock baggie (herbs-is-herbs), rubbed the chicken with olive oil and tossed them in the bag. I used my broiler pan, added water to it (man, it sure made for some tender eats!), and when it was done I drizzled a mixture of butter and olive oil it, just enough to brown it a little more. Mmmm
